UT Culinary Program

The University of Tennessee Culinary Program prepares you to begin a career in restaurants, hotels, catering operations, food trucks, and more.

You'll train in a full-equipped commercial kitchen as well as a special classroom designed for culinary education while learning from industry experts.

You'll focus on honing your skills in the kitchen and learning the business aspects of the culinary industry.

The UT Culinary Program has been recognized by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF) as a quality program. ACFEF Quality Program status recognizes culinary-related programs that meet or exceed industry standards for education and training.

More than 100 non-traditional students have completed the program since its beginning in 2013 and are now working in various venues including conference and convention centers, private and commercial restaurants, and even their own businesses.
