Grant Writing Certificate

Successful grant writing is critical to the survival of nonprofit organizations. The UT Grant Writing Certificate Program provides an extensive opportunity to acquire the knowledge and practice the skills necessary to succeed in today's competitive grant writing environment. All courses are held at the UT Conference Center, downtown Knoxville, unless otherwise noted.

Program requirements: Four core courses, two electives, and all required writing courses. You'll have one year from the start of your first course to complete the certificate.

The required writing courses, A to Z Grant Writing Series and Advanced Grant Proposal Writing, are online with monthly start dates. You may register online or call 865-974-0150 to choose your start date.
