Familiarize yourself with basic steps in the cycle of the death of a taxpayer, key terminology, overview of tax returns utilized, and special subjects like tax rates and state taxation. Note: This course is about taxation after death and is not about legal instruments that are used as part of the death process. The sole purpose of this course is to present an overview of the tax process only, and not legal aspects in any manner or form.
