We each have a vision for where we want to see ourselves or our organization in the future. But how do we set the goals necessary to achieve that vision and actually stick to them? In this course, you'll learn how to set reasonable goals and expectations for long-term and short-term success. We'll focus on why to set goals, how to stick to them, and what pitfalls to avoid.
