With five generations in the workforce, leaders need to creatively and continually motivate their diverse talent. In this course you'll learn the top eight skills that leaders of organizations consider as essential and must continually work to develop. We'll share the tenets of collaborative leadership driven by healthy culture initiatives and how to motivate multi-generational teams to succeed.

Alexia Georghiou
Alexia Georghiou is the founder of The Knoxville Happiness Coalition & Life Betterment Through God. She has been a mental health therapist for over 20 years and recently completed a Leadership and Management Certificate online program from Wharton.
She contracts with individuals and organizations to foster engagement and motivation of employees, generate strategies for teams/organizations in transition, and develop healthy habits through life coaching. Georghiou believes the world is a better place because we are in it, and everything we do can shift the culture for the better good.
