Student praise for this course: "This was the best continuing improvement course I have taken (and I have taken a lot). Kelly was the perfect instructor. She utilized technology in a way that I want to implement at my company's continuing ed courses. She kept the class very engaged, challenged the way we think and gave us many things and ideas to bring back to our own teams. This is exactly what I was looking for. I wish she taught more courses!"
