In this interactive course, instructors Debbie Patrick and Jody Dyer help you brainstorm and design story arcs for fiction books and structure outlines for nonfiction books. You'll learn the art of storytelling finesse in any genre. You'll use fund and unconventional methods to draw, diagram, and plan the main elements of your book.

Jody Dyer
Jody Dyer, owner of Knoxville-based Crippled Beagle Publishing, coaches authors of all experience levels through the writing process, from idea to published work. Dyer earned a bachelor's degree in finance at the University of Tennessee and a master's degree in curriculum and instruction at Lincoln Memorial University.
