In this course you'll identify the current culture within your organization and form a blueprint for addressing and creating necessary changes. We'll follow Edgar Schein's three levels of organizational culture: artifacts, values, and basic assumptions. We'll describe each level and make a plan of action to address the core issues within your organization's culture.
