In this course you'll identify the current culture within your organization and form a blueprint for addressing and creating necessary changes. We'll follow Edgar Schein's three levels of organizational culture: artifacts, values, and basic assumptions. We'll describe each level and make a plan of action to address the core issues within your organization's culture.

Alexia Georghiou
Alexia Georghiou is the founder of The Knoxville Happiness Coalition & Life Betterment Through God. She has been a mental health therapist for over 20 years and recently completed a Leadership and Management Certificate online program from Wharton.
She contracts with individuals and organizations to foster engagement and motivation of employees, generate strategies for teams/organizations in transition, and develop healthy habits through life coaching. Georghiou believes the world is a better place because we are in it, and everything we do can shift the culture for the better good.
