Whether you need to prune, trim, shear, chop, or saw, you should know a few methods that will keep you from butchering, maiming, whacking, or disfiguring your valuable plants. In this course we’ll demonstrate various forms of pruning, from the mundane hedge trim to the artistic expressions of topiary shaping, and we’ll discuss pruning practices for specific plants, which will ensure continued plant health and beauty. You’ll also learn about low maintenance plant shaping and proper tool selections and usage. Even if you don’t know what plant you have, you can bring in a branch for a quick review of what it is and how and when to prune it.
