Food and Wine
We offer a wide variety of Food & Wine courses throughout the year for adults looking to expand their culinary knowledge, develop new skills, discover new flavors and cuisines, or simply go out for an evening of fun and food.
No skills are required to enroll in these courses. You must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants in order to participate. You’ll prepare all or portions of the food and taste what is cooked during the class session.
All registrations must be made one week prior to the start of the course. If for any reason you can’t attend class, please send someone in your place. No refunds or transfers will be given for any Food & Wine courses. All Food & Wine courses will be held on the fourth floor of the UT Conference Center, downtown Knoxville, unless otherwise noted.
