Communication and problem solving are critical skills for the 21st century. Join Alexia Georghiou, author of Listening to Hear, and learn how to develop a strong acumen in listening and utilizing empathy to manage conflict. This course includes lecture, skills building exercises, and group processing—all with the goal of learning how to navigate and communicate effectively with others.

Alexia Georghiou

Alexia Georghiou is the founder of The Knoxville Happiness Coalition & Life Betterment Through God. She has been a mental health therapist for over 20 years and recently completed a Leadership and Management Certificate online program from Wharton.

She contracts with individuals and organizations to foster engagement and motivation of employees, generate strategies for teams/organizations in transition, and develop healthy habits through life coaching. Georghiou believes the world is a better place because we are in it, and everything we do can shift the culture for the better good.
