In this course you'll learn to identify the characteristics of the four communication styles and adapt your communication style to best meet others' needs. Each style has strengths and weaknesses, and no style is better or worse than another. By recognizing our dominant style and developing the ability to identify traits in others, we can change our behaviors to interact with greater impact.
