If you enjoy creating stories and exploring your imagination, this new creative writing camp is for you! We'll discuss character development, story arc, scenes, point of view, literary devices, grammar, brainstorming techniques, and more. You'll complete at least one small piece of poetry or prose during the week and receive peer and instructor feedback on your work.

Jody Dyer

Jody Dyer, owner of Knoxville-based Crippled Beagle Publishing, coaches authors of all experience levels through the writing process, from idea to published work. Dyer earned a bachelor's degree in finance at the University of Tennessee and a master's degree in curriculum and instruction at Lincoln Memorial University.
