This course walks you through the legal requirements of a nonprofit board and explains the differences between a standard board and a high-functioning board. You'll also study board recruitment, board development, board evaluation, and the roles and responsibilities of board members.

Naomi Asher
Naomi Asher is executive director of the United Way of Anderson County. She is a graduate of Johnson University, where she double majored in music and theology. Asher also earned an M.B.A. in marketing from King University.
