In this workshop you’ll discover strategies and processes for establishing effective coaching skills in the workplace. We’ll discuss forging agreements and partnerships with employees, addressing both effective and ineffective performances, and keeping the momentum going.

Tammie Smeltzer

Tammie Smeltzer is a training specialist at the I.G. Brown Training and Education Center at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base near Knoxville and oversees a team of military and civilian personnel that develops curriculum in traditional classroom, online learning, and blended formats. She has worked more than 20 years in adult education. Smeltzer is also a retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant with more than 20 years of service. Aside from teaching, she enjoys serving as vice president of the East Tennessee Military Association (ETMA) Credit Union. She holds a master's degree in adult education.
