In this workshop you’ll discover strategies and processes for establishing effective coaching skills in the workplace. We’ll discuss forging agreements and partnerships with employees, addressing both effective and ineffective performances, and keeping the momentum going.

Tammie Smeltzer is a training specialist and the superintendent for the Instructional Development Professional Continuing Education (PCE) Division at the I.G. Brown Training and Education Center. She supervises a talented team of military and civilian personnel who develop curricula in traditional classrooms and online learning formats. In addition, she provides course analysis, conducts classroom instruction, and contributes to curriculum development on leadership issues.
Smeltzer is also a retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant with more than 20 years of service. She holds a master's degree in adult education from Tusculum College.
