Deborah Johnson, a certified Microsoft Office specialist, has worked in various teaching capacities in private industry, government, education, and consulting. She has taught computer courses since 1989, including several versions of Windows and almost every version of Microsoft Office products.

Johnson earned a degree in business management from the University of Memphis.
