This expert system helps culinarians hone their skills at building, planning, and executing recipes at a professional level. The database includes over 7,000 recipes, nine professional cookbooks, an electronic version of the On Cooking textbook, a recipe calculator, USDA nutritional information, and more. You'll receive access to this database for two years.

Greg Eisele CEC

Executive chef Greg J. Eisele is director of the UT Culinary & Catering Program, which was recognized by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF) as a quality program.

Eisele serves as the current president of the Smoky Mountain chapter of the American Culinary Federation, and he is a frequent guest chef on WBIR-TV in Knoxville.
